Working online is the key. In terms of visas, I'm lucky in that one of my three citizenships is for an EU country, so there are around 30 different countries I can legally live in.

But many countries will let you in on a tourist visa for three months. If you're willing to move around a bit, it's surprisingly easy to travel while working.
