I'm usually the first to criticize the Medium catastrophists. But lately, something just seems really...off. Like nothing's working as it should, but we're all still pretending it does for lack of better ideas. Still, it's easier to diagnose than to prescribe.

It's hard to deny that the world is changing. Maybe it's for the better. But it doesn't feel like it.

Or maybe it's just that the heat is getting to me.
