The irony is that the only people worth dating are those who are complete in themselves.

I love my wife. I don't doubt that she loves me. But we don't complete each other. She's complete in herself, and was long before we met, and if something wrenched us apart, she'd go on being who she is. Which is one of the things I love about her.
