Same. We humans do take in influences from everywhere. But the good art, the real stuff, turns it into something new. Something that never existed before, and wouldn't have without that singular vision to bring it into reality.

I see none of that with the machines. In fact, they're already copying themselves in an ourobouros firehose of shit.

But I have to reconcile the fact that I very much want that to be true, too.
