I’ve always been fascinated by the sea too. Over and over again, I’ve moved to be closer to it. But I keep getting pulled away by money or other factors. After all, living by the sea is often expensive.

Do I get bored of it? Not really. The awe and the thrill lessens with familiarity, but it softens into something else. Honestly, it’s a lot like loving a person. The wild desire fades, but the gentler love that replaces it is better.
