If life arose in this corner of the universe, it can do it again somewhere else. By the time the sun explodes, there won't be humans anymore. Who knows what we'll be by then, if we make it?

And then maybe the universe implodes and sets the clock back to zero again.

These concerns are far beyond my paygrade.
