I usually start with hip-hop. Then maybe an aria or two. Then on to instrumental stuff. I’ve been finding Enrico Einaudi great for contemplation lately.

But if I’m struggling and need to go really deep on something, it’s time for the big guns. Arvo Part and JS Bach. Nothing like it for hearing the voice of the divine.
