Heavy stuff.

I'm anti death penalty personally, for the reasons you so eloquently state. An eye for an eye leaves us all blind. I believe that redemption is always possible. And I believe that monsters like Roof should have to deal with what they've done without the reprieve of death.

But it wasn't my family that were killed that day. When I watch those people offering forgiveness, I can only admire their courage. I couldn't do that.
