Ah, the Irish pub. A true oasis for any Anglo traveler.

While applying for my Irish citizenship from Canada, I learned something funny. In big cities, you apply to the Irish consulate to get the necessary forms. But in the sparsely populated province of Saskatchewan, you go to Kelly's Pub to get your immigration paperwork.

That's official Irish government policy. I am not making it up!
